Going Once...Going Twice...

Well I have resisted making this public because it feels weird. However I am going to do it because, maybe, just maybe there will be someone within the reaches of my voice that will see this and think "There it is. The house that I have been searching for!" And the clouds will part and there will be a choir of hallelujah angels singing in concert to the family that chooses our home. Or maybe not a family, but single man or woman, or best friends. There are laws about sounding like you care who moves into your house. I really don't care. As long as they love it and know that within the walls of this home, there has been much love, laughter and kindness. Moments that I like to think will stay part of the feeling that resides here. They say that it {the feeling} leaves with you, but I think that there will be some residual joy left over for future tenants.

So, here it goes. I am using my blog for selfish purposes. Up to now it has been completely selfless. Ha ha.

HOUSE FOR SALE:

This home is 22oo square feet and has a 3 car garage. Great for storage!Has 2 1/2 bathrooms.

Four bedrooms and a den.It also boasts a spacious great room floor plan. And great kitchen with tons of cupboard space. Neutral paint scheme, tile and carpet. It is priced to compete with all of the short sales and foreclosures.
***Because of the afore mentioned laws I am not allowed to tell you that we have the best neighbors ever or insinuate that we are willing to place bribes.***

If you are interested or know someone who is, please email me at nataliekidd@cox.net.

Natalie, your house is STUNNING!!!! I love it! If we were planning to move, I'd buy it up in second. That's what happened with our current house. I fell in love and ther rest is history! Are you moving far away or just moving across town. I'm secretly wishing for a move to Salt Lake. :) Anyway good luck to you!

Your house is so fabulous! I wish I could buy it as our second home. Heaven knows winter lasts for an eternity here!

So why are you selling? Where are you moving?

Best of luck selling!

Nat- As I ALWAYS thought upon entering your home...it is beautiful, and peaceful, and so very welcoming. Anyone would be blessed to call it their own after such a great family has resided there over the last years. ;) Good luck. We don't know anyone moving to AZ from up here in the Midwest, but prayers can surely be of some assistance! wink. wink.

It looks good enough to move into... Help me sell mine and I'll buy yours. I know it holds lots of great memories if I could only get all my "crap" to fit!

or at least that whoever buys it has the proper funding right? ;)

I'll put the feelers out for you...

Wow your house is beautiful! If only my hubby and I could afford to buy it sadly with loosing my job last year we can only afford to rent. With our new baby on the way we are looking for a 4 bedroom. At yet can't buy. I will definitely put feelers out for you and let anyone that is looking for a home know. Best of luck!!!
