Interviewer: Natalie, what did you do this weekend?
Natalie: I went to New York City.
Interviewer: Wow, that must have been fun.
Natalie: Indeed.
Interviewer: What did you do there?
Natalie: I ate.
Interviewer: Oh, it is a city known for it's cuisine. Did you buy anything?
Natalie: Yes, food.
Interviewer: Did you take in the sights?
Natalie: I'm confused. You mean the sight of food? If you mean the sight of food, then yes. We took in lots of sights.
Interviewer: What else did you do?
Natalie: I did a lot of shivering and walking. Both of which burn calories, affording me the opportunity to increase my intake of food.
Interviewer: Well, I guess that about wraps it up.
Natalie: You mean the Spicy Chicken Thai Veggie Peanut Wrap that I ate today? That was delicious.
Interviewer: How do you feel now that you are home?
Natalie: Hungry.
**Pictures to come. I think that we took two before our battery died on our camera. Pathetic.

Wow I'm impressed, you must have come straight from picking up the kids to the computer. Now that is dedicated blogging. =)
Natalie, just when I think you can't be any funnier...you go and do another post!!! We went to NYC in January one time and it was soooo stinkin' cold. But they do have some GREAT food! :) We just got back from DC and I swear to you I think I got a head start of gaining any weight I have lost ....BACK! Dang those paid company trips who allow you to get dessert at every meal!!! :) Glad you had fun! Loves!
WHAT!!! New York...as in NYC...Seriously...you have such an exciting life!
I am jealous.
He he! Sounds, er tastes, like a blast!! The first time I went to NYC I took pictures of everything we ate! My Father-in-law thought I was nuts! I kept asking him to hold up his cheesecake so that I could get a picture.
PS. Did you go w/ Olivia?? I know she was in the Big Apple too!
yes, NYC has amazing food doesn't it? thank goodness for the walking!
Haha that's true we did eat alot... that's what's fun about vacation... I can relate to Ryan's food anxiety, its unerving not having a fridge in your hotel!!!! Back to reality. We will have to get together soon, we had a blast.
I got the popcorn holders at target (in the dollar section) the only problem is, I got them around Thanksgiving, so, I don't know if they will still have them. But they are plastic, and about $1 a piece. THey are GREAT! I actually did this last year for the school peeps. It was great, and yummy too!
I know exactly what you are talking about. I've been to NYC four times, I tag along on Dave's business trips. But the trips are always in the winter...go figure. I've never been to New York without being freezing, but they do have good food.
